- ➤ Bend housing growth has led Bend-La Pine Schools to start an 18-month planning process with FLO Analytics to forecast student enrollment and check if current sites will meet future needs—officials said a report due in about a year will help decide on new schools or boundary adjustments. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ On Saturday, about two dozen volunteers joined SOLVE’s first 'Pick It Up Bend!' cleanup in the Old Mill District to pick up litter and remove microtrash—helping protect local wildlife and beautify public spaces.
