About this event
Multi-level class mixing beginner, intermediate, and advanced moves! Class will be taught in a progression to accommodate all skill levels. The instructor will offer various options to modify or intensify. Beginning with a modified version of a movement and offering options to "level up" to intensify as much as the student sees fit. This is a choose your own adventure class in terms of how hard or light you would like the class to be. Sticky socks required. You are able to purchase them at the studio for $7.
