About this event
If you are brand new to Pilates, this is the class for you! Classes are taught at a manageable pace in order for you to learn the principles of Pilates and explore the anatomy of the Reformer. Don't let "beginner" fool you though, because this class will be challenging and dynamic! Sticky socks required. You are able to purchase them at the studio for $7.
