In times of grief and uncertainty, connection matters more than ever.

As our Bend community continues to navigate heartbreak and loss, Bend to Balance offers opportunities to come together, share experiences, find support, and draw strength from one another.

🌿 Navigating Scary Times | Saturday, Oct. 31 | Ticketed Guidance for moving through life’s unexpected challenges, difficult transitions, and moments of uncertainty.

🔥 Boys/Mens Fire Circle | Sunday, Nov. 1 | FREE | Just show up! A welcoming space for men and boys to gather, share what they’re experiencing, and feel supported in community.

🪶 Indigenous Wisdom | Sunday, Nov. 1 | FREE | Just show up! An opportunity to listen to stories, songs, and ancestral wisdom shared by members of the Warm Springs and Klamath Tribes.

There is no single way to navigate grief. Sometimes, simply being together is enough.

💚 Connection should be accessible to everyone.

Please don’t let finances keep you from attending any of the ticketed classes/workshops at this 3-day event. Volunteer opportunities and financial aid are available. Complimentary registration is available for Silver Rail families. We also have several other FREE events happening Friday, October 30th.
