In this hands-on course, you’ll learn practical tools for setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, recognizing accomplishments, and addressing issues before they become larger problems. Explore strategies for building accountability, conducting productive performance conversations, and creating clear action plans that support employee success. Through discussion and realistic workplace exercises, you’ll develop the confidence to manage day-to-day performance in a way that motivates employees while achieving organizational goals.
