For a smooth donation experience, please keep these tips in mind ... Before: Rest well, hydrate, eat iron-rich foods, and avoid fatty foods. During: Bring your ID, complete the Rapid Pass, wear sleeves that roll up, and relax. After: Snack, hydrate, and avoid heavy activity.
