Event Description:

A community gathering and support circle for healers, caregivers, healthcare practitioners, educators, facilitators, and space holders.

We will gather together to share our experiences and explore self care and support tools, so we can show up more authentically and well resourced for ourselves, the work and those we serve. Laura, along with a special monthly guest, will share their expertise, wisdom, and magic to help guide and support you in being able to fully express and support yourself in the work you are doing in our community and the world.

Bring:

Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water - we will have sharing time, breathing, meditation and light movement

Facilitator Bio:

Laura is a master healer and local health and wellness leader. She is a holistic pelvic health physical therapist, long time yoga student/instructor and nervous system practitioner, as well as a Mom, athlete, and healer. Laura has had the honor of guiding many healers, caregivers, and healthcare practitioners with their own healing in her clinical practice and community classes here in Bend for the past 12 years.

Laura has felt called to create a community space to support her fellow healers and is beyond excited to share this sacred space with you each month.
