Facilitator Bio:
Amber Heath is the founder and creator of Meaning Mirror, a self-guided reflective process designed to help people move from suffering toward greater clarity, compassion, and freedom. Her work draws on behavioral science and spiritual principles to explore the meaning we make from our experiences and how those meanings shape our lives. After years working as a relationship coach and professional matchmaker, Amber developed Meaning Mirror as a way to replace advice with self-trust. She believes we already have the wisdom we need, we just need a way to hear it.
