barre3 First Friday Candlelit Classes
All Winter Long
This winter, barre3 will offer a First Friday Candlelit Class on the first Friday of each month through April. Join the barre3 crew for a 45-minute, full-body, low-impact workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindful-to-functional movement, all enhanced by candlelight. Afterward, Va Piano Vineyards Wine & Champagne Bar , just a snowball’s throw away, will host a post-workout social hour.
Plus, on Friday, Nov. 6, barre3’s Candlelit class will feature a pop-up from Bend Permanent Jewelry Co. , giving guests the chance to add a little bling to their workout sesh!
