About this event
An advanced Reformer class taught in the order Joseph Pilates taught the exercises. It is a fast-paced and challenging class. Classical Pilates focuses on fewer repetitions of each exercise with quick transitions between exercises. May sometimes include classical mat warm-up before moving to the Reformer. This is an advanced level class for those who are very familiar with Pilates exercises and are able to execute most exercises without step by step instruction.
