- ➤ Olney Avenue between Wall Street and Second Street will remain closed into January as crews replace water lines from the 1950s (planned to update old infrastructure). Motorists should use alternate routes until the work is complete. Central Oregon Daily

- ➤ Mt. Bachelor is expanding its ski terrain today after receiving 11 inches of new snow, doubling open runs with the Sunrise Lodge opening access to four lifts (Cloudchaser, Early Riser, Rainbow, and Sunrise) as well as a new Lava Tube Carpet. Central Oregon Daily
- ➤ Bulletin readers honored Redmond Kodee Kimball and Summit senior Caleb Branch as Athletes of the Week for Dec. 15 to 21.
