  • Volcanic Theatre Pub, Bend’s premier live music venue established in 2011 and known for hosting over 250 concerts each year, is now for sale at an asking price of $400,000—buyers may also gain a nearly doubling expansion opportunity from an adjacent 5,700 square-foot space. Owner John Davis will offer three months of transition support—ensuring a smooth handover to new ownership.  KTVZ

HEALTH NEWS

  • The Humane Society of Central Oregon held a busy Saturday offering a walk-in clinic where pets received $50 exams, rabies shots, microchips, and deworming—along with food assistance for families—while Puppy Palooza allowed adoptions of cookie-themed puppies with spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchips and supplies.  Central Oregon Daily

SPORTS NEWS

  • Harper Charter won a 6-player football semifinal at Baker High School on Saturday by beating Sherman 27-6 and reaching the state championship for the second year in a row—key plays by Maddoxx Martinez and Richard Joyce boosted the victory.  The Oregonian
  • On Saturday at Summit High School — Crosspoint Christian beat Dufur 44-8 in the Class 1A semifinals with Nate Gibson scoring five touchdowns to build a strong lead by halftime. Dufur suffered its first loss of the season — ending their 10-1 run as Crosspoint Christian advanced toward the state title game.  The Oregonian
  • KTVZ will broadcast the OSAA 5A Football State Championship game between the Silverton Foxes and the Summit Storm on The CW at 5 p.m. Friday, November 28—partnering with KOIN-TV and featuring special player profiles by Sports Director Dylan Anderman. The broadcast will provide complete live coverage of the event.  KTVZ
