Hundreds ran Saturday in the 38th Salmon Run at Riverbend Park along the Deschutes River — organized by Lay It Out Events.

Runners competed in a half marathon, 10K and 5K and received medals and ribbons as proceeds supported The Giving Plate with more events planned later this year.

Mount Bachelor closed its winter season Sunday with RendezVan — a free festival featuring skiing, live music and food carts that celebrated van life amid a shortened season from low snow and worsening conditions.

Universal Health Plan Town Hall (Free + Open To All)
