Good morning, Bend.

On Sunday, oil prices hit their highest levels amid rising tensions with Iran, and Bend drivers now pay about $4.47 per gallon for regular gas.

Analysts warn that if shipping disruptions continue — prices could rise further in the coming weeks.

The City of Bend is urging residents to conserve water during Fix a Leak Week (today through March 22) as officials warn small leaks can waste up to 10,000 gallons annually amid low snowpack, with prize entries available for timely repairs.
