- ➤ Dozens of local agencies will join the second annual forum on homelessness at Westside Church in Bend on Tuesday, March 3 (2051 NW Shevlin Park Road). The event will feature panels with former chronically homeless individuals and a filmmaker discussing ongoing challenges and coordinated plans for Central Oregon. Bend Bulletin

- ➤ Deschutes County Natural Resources began winter pile burning near Seventh Mountain Resort and Points West on Tuesday, covering up to 24 acres of leftover limbs and brush from fuel reduction work. Smoke may affect air quality overnight — residents should keep doors and windows closed. KTVZ
