- ➤ Sunriver Resort held its 30th annual Gingerbread Junction in December, raising a record $6,100 for Habitat for Humanity La Pine Sunriver before a check was presented on Jan. 5. The holiday tradition drew (9,097 votes) and will support local homebuilding efforts. KTVZ

- ➤ Kristi Kaufman and Catherine Scanland at Coldwell Banker Bain were named for the 2025 Hawaii Celebration of Success, while Kernutt Stokes was recognized by Inside Public Accounting and Kyra Coke Duffy became executive director of Community Solutions of Central Oregon. - ➤ Redmond Municipal Airport is seeking art proposals for six new installations as part of its terminal expansion, offering individual project budgets from $10,000 to $150,000.
