About this event
All mixed equipment classes utilize the Reformer and can include mat, Exo Chair, and other props. Level 2-3 classes will be medium paced offering instruction between Level 2 and Level 3. Exercises that further challenge your balance will be taught and the class will transition between exercises at a faster pace.
