Relational Literacy: A Two-Evening Experiential Immersion in Conscious Relationship

How do we remain in relationship with ourselves while we are in relationship with another? Relational Literacy is an experiential exploration of self-contact, emotional awareness, conscious inquiry, authorship, differentiation, and repair. Through dialogue, meditation, somatic practices, and reflection, we’ll develop greater capacity to notice our experience, question the stories shaping our perceptions, discern what is ours to own, and bring more consciousness and choice into relationship.
