TOWER: TRAP TABLE is a unique Pilates class performed on a Half Trapeze Table (a stationary piece of equipment—not a Reformer class). Using spring resistance and the push through bar this class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and developing greater body awareness through controlled precise movement. Expect a different way to experience the Pilates method. *Grippy Socks are required (sold at studio for $6). Please be mindful of our 12-hour cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds. Classes canceled outside of the 12-hour window will be credited to your account.*
