Event Description:

Join us for a day of shared care for Hanai. As we prepare for the season ahead, we invite our community to come together for light organizing, cleaning, tending,and infusing the space with love. Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole time, your presence and contribution are deeply appreciated.

At Hanai, we believe that caring for this space and land is more than upkeep, it is a living practice of

kuleana, our shared responsibility to care for what sustains and holds us. Volunteer days are an opportunity to connect with the land, support community, meet new people, and participate in the ongoing care of a space that holds so many gatherings, celebrations, and moments of connection throughout the year.

No special experience is needed, just a willingness to participate with care and collaboration. All are welcome.

What to Expect:

Bring:

Comfortable clothing and shoes, layers, long sleeves, sun hat/protection

Water bottle

Gardening gloves or tools if you have them (optional)

The Hanai Foundation is a nonprofit creating accessible, community-centered events, classes, and workshops that nurture well-being, creativity, and connection across Central Oregon. Rooted in stewardship, integrity, and transformation, Hanai offers opportunities to gather, learn, heal, and grow together-cultivating a more conscious, connected, and vibrant community.
