Beginner Reformer

About this event

If you are brand new to Pilates, this is the class for you! Classes are taught at a manageable pace in order for you to learn the principles of Pilates and explore the anatomy of the Reformer. Don't let "beginner" fool you though, because this class will be challenging and dynamic! No refunds for any reason. Sticky socks required--you are able to purchase them at the studio for $7. Please be mindful of our 12-hour cancellation policy. For class pack members: class packs cannot be shared, and expiration dates cannot be extended for any reason. For unlimited auto-pay members: there is a 3-month minimum contract.
